How is my sweet baby 10 months old already?! I guess the old saying is true, "Time flies when you're having fun." I get sad thinking about each stage coming to an end, but I do have to admit that it is so much fun watching you grow. You're becoming more of a little girl than a baby, but you are tons of fun every day! You have the sweetest, happiest disposition of any person I've ever met. You're never cranky or fussy! I'm not sure what Daddy and I did to deserve you, but we thank God for you daily.
We were warned about "stranger danger" happening at this age, but that hasn't been an issue with you. You love going to new people, but you're also happy to come back to mommy and daddy. I think daddy and I are your favorite people, but sweet Annabelle runs a very close second. We have been told that you've learned to say her name, but I guess you'll only do it when she's around because you haven't done it for us yet. She has taught you to sing Justin Beiber's "Baby", well the chorus anyway, and that's your favorite thing to say.
You still have 2 teeth on the bottom, but you're showing all the signs that another tooth is going to pop up somewhere else any day now.
You weigh 18 pounds and we still have you has being 29 inches long. 6-9 month clothes probably fit you the best, but a lot of 3-6 month clothes fit good too. In fact, with the warm weather we've had recently I got out some of last summer's clothes and they still fit you perfectly. We just moved to size 3 diapers and size 2 1/2 shoe.
You are learning new words all the time. Right now, your favorite thing to say is, "Bye bye!" but you also know how to say "mama", "dada", "baby", "hey", "ticka ticka" (peek-a-boo), and "uh oh". You also love to click your tongue and smack your lips.
You are extremely affectionate. You love to give hugs and pats as well as kisses to mommy and daddy. You are also crawling everywhere and pulling up on anything you can get your hands on. You have started crusing some, but you still prefer crawling. You are extremely cautious going from standing position to sitting. You don't flop down like other babies I've seen; you slowly ease yourself down onto the floor.
Happy 10 month birthday sweet girl! We love you!
